• Based on “Item no. 13” of the syndicate statute, general assemblies are the upmost part of the syndicate and are being held by the gathering of member representatives in the forms of ordinary and extraordinary assemblies. Members are invited through general announcements in a widely published newspaper and also with written invitations by setting, date, time and location of the assembly as well as the attached meeting agenda for the event. From the date of the published announcement and lodging of invitations till the date of convention of the assembly, it should be a minimum of 15 days and maximum of 45 days.
